So follow below as Yenni shares her pico de gallo recipe, because it's football season and what is a better pair for tortilla chips than a freshly made salsa?
- 6 tomatoes
- 1/2 medium sized onion, finely chopped
- 1 lime
- Handful of cilantro
- Salt to taste
Finely chop tomatoes, onion and cilantro. Add to bowl and mix. Squeeze the juice of one lime into the bowl. Refrigerate and salt immediately before serving.
