As a Demo Sales Specialist at Tortilleria Mi Niña, you are the face representing our product. You are responsible for representing our brand, you are our ambassador! Your essential goal is to educate our customers, build relationships with store staff and get people excited about our unique and authentic tortilla chips.

Job Requirements
- Flexibility in schedule – Must have availability evenings and weekends when grocery stores are busy
- Self motivated individual with high energy
- Exceptional communication skills – written and verbal
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable personal transportation to transport supplies and product to demos - Job requires 90% travel (reimbursements will be made for miles driven to demos and a portion of travel time for further distances)
- Passion for local/natural food movement
- Present oneself in a professional manner at all times – you are the face and representation of the company. Maintain a well groomed appearance
- Understand the mission and values of the company
- Basic understanding of excel spreadsheets
- Access to email on mobile device and willingness to check emails, answer phones, and respond to inquiries in a timely fashion (when on the road)
- Able to lift 50 lbs
Daily Essential Job Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for Tortilleria Mi Niña – through sampling product at in-store demos and special events
- Develop and maintain positive relationship with demo coordinators and all Whole Foods, Wegman's and other retail locations. Support these locations by helping to drive sales through sampling, customer education and brand awareness
- Understanding of all stores demo policies/procedures/dress requirements and keep compliant with these standards
- Assist in marketing and appearance of all demos – including maintaining good condition of all demo supplies/materials/equipment
- Take photos and posting to social media at all demos/events keeping them relevant and interesting
- Assistance in coordinating and execution for any special events and/or tradeshows
- Coordinate with production manager/operations manager samples that are needed for new customers and/or demos
- Clean, organize and maintain all demo materials
- Submit re-order requests for new materials as needed
- Maintain Allergen awareness certification and always uphold sanitary practices (e.g. hair pulled back and gloves worn when handling ready to eat items)
- Assist with marketing, branding, and product information as relevant to demos
