We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days unless otherwise noted on the product page. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the shipping method you select. We use discounted UPS rates through Shopify.

Available shipping options may include:

  • UPS Ground Saver

  • UPS Standard

  • UPS 2nd Day Air

  • UPS 3 Day Select

  • UPS Next Day Air Saver

  • UPS Next Day Air

  • UPS Next Day Air Early

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary based on the shipping method selected and the destination. Transit times are estimated by UPS and are not guaranteed unless stated otherwise by the carrier.

Please note that order processing time is separate from shipping transit time.

Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package in transit.

Delays

Shipping delays can happen due to weather, holidays, carrier issues, or high order volume. We are not responsible for delays caused by UPS or other factors outside our control, but we will do our best to help if an issue comes up.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please make sure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, we recommend checking with neighbors or your local UPS office first.
